PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter, a supervisory apparatus and gas measurement monitoring system which can improve reliability of judgment, concerning generation of an abnormal situation, such as gas leakage. SOLUTION: In a host computer 60, gas using information I containing a flow rate pattern of gas G with a gas apparatus 20 is obtained from a plurality of gas meters (10, 70, 80), and updated judgment information J3 is constructed on the basis of the gas using information I. The information J3 is constructed by a method, wherein the host computer 60 learns the used state of the gas G in plural consumer's houses, and contains various kinds of flow rate patterns of the gas G. After the information J3 is obtained from the host computer 60 and initial judgment information J1 which has been previously obtained is updated to the information J3, safety function is executed in the gas meter 10, on the basis of the information J3.
