PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planer burner for liquid fuel, in which the occurrence of back-fire phenomenon is inhibited, re-liquefaction of the liquid fuel in an vaporizing part is prevented, and energy for forming pre-vaporized premixed gas is reduced. SOLUTION: The planar burner comprises a vaporizing part 10, an air- preheating part 20, a mixing part 30, an air-fuel mixture feeding part 40, and a burner mat 4. Fed liquid fuel is conducted in the vaporizing part 10 to be heated and vaporized. Fed combustion air is preheated in the part 20. The vaporized fuel conducted from the vaporizing part 10 and the preheated air conducted from the part 20 are mixed in the mixing part 30. The mixed gas conducted from the part 30 is diffused in the part 40. The liquid fuel, which has been vaporized and mixed with air, is conducted to form flames allover the downstream combustion face 4a in the burner mat 4. The vaporizing part faces to the combustion-flame-forming space of the burner mat, and provided with a first heat-receiving part 11 positioned in the vicinity of the combustion pace 4a. Vaporization of the liquid fuel is promoted to prevent the occurrence of re-liquefaction and backfire phenomena, and energy saving is attained. |
