MOLDINGS OF FINE GRINDS OF WASTE PAPER AND WASTE SYNTHETIC RESIN AND MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moldings which can be obtained by molding waste paper and waste synthetic resin without the necessity to pelletize them as well as a method for manufacturing the moldings. SOLUTION: The waste paper and the waste synthetic resin are ground by a grinder into injection-moldable fine grinds and easily meltable fine grinds with the waste paper during injection after both are mixed respectively. Further, a mixed material is prepared by mixing the fine grinds of the waster paper and the waste synthetic resin with the addition of a binder, and then is supplied to an injection molding machine after drying the mixed material until it is in such a state suitable for injection molding. Finally the mixture is injected into a die at a temperature for dissolving the waste synthetic resin to form the moldings.
