PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty in the case of suppressing the increase of changing points being generated when the changing tendencies are different in every R, G and B component of image data in a conventional INV function. SOLUTION: The circuit and the device are provided with a liquid crystal panel 7 which has at least an image signal wiring and a scanning signal wiring that crosses the image signal wiring to form plural grid regions, image signal driving circuit groups 6 which apply voltage to the image signal wiring, scanning signal driving circuit groups 5 which apply voltages to the scanning signal wiring and a signal processing circuit 1 which processes video data, supplies the processed data to the groups 6 as image signals and also supplies the data to the group 5 as scanning signals. Video data equivalent to one pixel unit of the panel 7 are divided into a prescribed number of data and a reversal control is conducted for each of the divided data. The groups 6 conduct a re- reversal control for the reversal controlled and divided data and combine the divided data.
