<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic analyzer which can analyze the internal quality of a specimen by detecting a spectroscopic spectrum data as accurately as possible even when various specimens with the transmittance thereof differing significantly are measured. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a projection means 1 for irradiating a specimen with light, a photodetecting means 2 which spectrally analyzes transmission light of the specimen to measure an spectrosopic spectrum data of the light spectrally analyzed and an arithmetic means 3 for analyzing the internal quality of the specimen based on the spectroscopic spectrum data. The photodetecting means 2 is arranged so as to allow the measurement of the spectrosopic spectrum data in a plurality of photodetecting positions different in photodetecting sensitivity and the arithmetic means 3 selects the photodetecting position of measuring the spectroscopic spectrum data optimal for the analysis of the internal quality of the specimen out of the plurality of positions and analyzes the internal quality of the specimen based on the spectroscopic spectrum data in the selected photodetecting position.</p> |
