SOLUTION: A navigation pack is included in the video object unit. 1st information showing whether or not a video object unit including the navigation pack is the last video object unit in the cell is included in the navigation pack. The management information includes the position information of the head video object unit of the cell and the position information of the last video object unit of the cell.
