INK SET FOR INK JET-JET RECORDING, METHOD FOR INK-JET RECORDING AND RECORDED MATTER

An ink set for ink-jet recording which has a black ink comprising a carbon black dispersible in an aqueous medium with no dispersing agents and water and one or more of color inks comprising water and a coloring agent comprising a color pigment covered by a polymer; a method for ink-jet recording using the ink set; and a recorded matter printed by the method. The ink set has high weatherability due to the use of a pigment ink and also allows the formation of an image having a high printed concentration and exhibits a wide range of color reproduction. The method for ink-jet recording allows a text printing being of a high printed concentration and excellent in the resistance to friction. The recorded matter (printed matter) has an image formed with a high printed concentration and a wide range of color reproduction, or an image having a high printed concentration and being excellent in the resistance to friction.
