PURPOSE: An Internet-based house remodeling financial support service method and a system thereby are provided to evaluate a house purchaser's credit on the basis of information for a new desired house and to pay the balance for the new house to a house seller by proxy so that the house purchaser can easily obtain remodeling service. CONSTITUTION: If a customer accesses a homepage to request remodeling and balance loan service(202), a remodeling company server provides remodeling menus(204). If the customer clicks on a selection complete icon after inputting and/or selecting the information of a house which the user wants to remodel, the remodeling company server receives the customer's selection information(206). Based on the received remodeling selection information, the remodeling company server judges an appraised value for the remodeling house and determines a loan-possible amount(208). The remodeling company server transmits a confirmation request message containing the determined loan-possible amount information to the customer's computer(210). If the customer clicks on a confirmation and request sheet transmission icon to inform the server that the user wants to make a loan after confirming the loan-possible amount(212), the remodeling company server transmits the customer's balance loan request information and the appraised value information to a bank server(214). The bank server concludes a loan contract with the customer, referring to the loan-possible amount information and the appraised value information(216).
