PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively and stably manufacturing a sheet with good accuracy of thickness unevenness in which the thickness unevenness is small when it is started and loss of raw material when it is started and time can be remarkably decreased and it is also expected that the shape of a raw sheet is good. SOLUTION: A lip A provided with thickness adjusting means arranged in a line along the width direction at the apex part and a lip B with a uniformly flat opposite face in the width direction on the lip A side of the apex part are provided. At the back parts of the lip A and the lip B, fixing members approximately uniformly providing a fixing force in the width direction are provided. In addition, between the apex parts of the lip A and the lip B, a gap part with an approximately uniform gap in the width direction is formed and between the central parts of the lip A and the lip B, a manifold extending in the width direction is formed.
