PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously mount a plurality of SIM cards to a mobile terminal, and to register its state in a mobile communication network. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 100 detects mounting of a record medium (for example, an IC card of a SIM card 12), and when two or more record media were detected, first subscriber identification information (for example, IMSI, TMSI) corresponding to a first record medium, and second subscriber identification information corresponding to the record medium detected newly are transmitted to a subscriber information controller for controlling subscriber information, such as a visitor location register(VLR) 50. The subscriber information controller registers position information of the first subscriber identification information as the position information, corresponding to the second subscriber identification information.
