PURPOSE: A headrest of a rear seat in a vehicle is provided to improve comfortable feeling by filling air into a headrest and to reduce damage of head of a passenger by spreading an air bag. CONSTITUTION: A headrest of a rear seat for a vehicle comprises an air bag module(40) mounted on an upper portion of the headrest; an air injecting hole(24a) injecting air by being mounted on a side of an air pocket(22); an air outlet port(24b) discharging the air by being installed on the other side of the air pocket; a headrest pad(26) extending by surrounding the air pocket; a passenger presence sensor(50) transferring a signal sensed from an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(70) by detecting weight; an impact sensor detecting rear crash of the vehicle by being mounted on a side portion of a rear bumper; a motor(32) selectively injecting or discharging the air to the air pocket according to a control signal of the ECU; and an actuator(30) driving the motor.
