A doll 1 is provided with a cavity 2 in its abdominal portion for accommodating a puppet 3, in which cavity provision is made for a door 5 with frame and counterframe pieces 5, 6 with a fold-down cover 7 in the form of a normal abdomen which is able to rotate about hinging consisting of a lateral projection 8, a spring 8a and housings 9, 10 provided on the frame 5 and counterframe 6 pieces. The removable cover 11 in the form of a swollen abdomen has lugs 12, 13 for press-fitting onto a notch 14 and a flexible pin 15 correspondingly provided on the door 4. <IMAGE>
