PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate various kinds of inconveniences caused, in the prior art, by an order by a telephone. SOLUTION: A service provider 10 receives an order data by which a distributed article is assigned through a data communication 22 from a user 20, so as to distribute the assigned article to the user 20 by receipt of an order from the user 20, and then a speach communication 23 from the user 20 is received to confirm the order data. A communication terminal 21 such as a personal handy phone system with a communication fanction is enough to be used as each of the respective communications 22, 23. |
