摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of spicy hot chicken roast which tastes like Bulgogi, thereby removing smell peculiar to a chicken, preventing obesity and adult diseases, and flavoring chicken roast with chili paste and chili powder. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: trimming a chicken then washing it; preparing flavoring marinade with chili paste, bulgogi sauce, barbecue sauce, chili powder, diced garlic, and diced ginger then marinating the trimmed chicken therein at 3-10 deg.C for 12-17 hours; roasting the marinated chicken in an oven; adding mixed flavoring marinade of water, chili paste, barbecue sauce, chili pepper, diced garlic, and ginger to the roasted chicken; and vacuum-packing it.
