PURPOSE: A matching apparatus in ship for communication with landing system is provided to efficiently transmit data collected in the ship when communicating between the ship and a shore system to the shore system. CONSTITUTION: An asynchronous serial communication device(720) interfaces asynchronous serial communication data. A synchronous serial communication device(730) interfaces synchronous serial communication data. A controller(740) transmits receiving data of the asynchronous/synchronous serial communication devices(720,730) to a main processor(750), and controls the asynchronous/synchronous serial communication devices(720,730) according to a control signal outputted from the main processor(750). The main processor(750) transmits the control signal to the controller(740) to control the asynchronous/synchronous serial communication devices(720,730), stores collected data, and outputs the stored data when performing ship-to-shore communication. An SRAM(760) stores the data outputted from the main processor(750). An Ethernet controller(770) transmits the output data for the ship-to-shore communication outputted from the main processor(750) as corresponding protocol format data to a modem using a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) Ethernet protocol, and converts data received from the modem into a data format to be recognized in the main processor(750) and transmits the converted data to the main processor(750). An internal RF-232 driver(780) receives configuration information and application provided from a host and provides configuration information and application to the main processor(750).
