PURPOSE: A rectangular pentahedron porous transparent sound-absorbing/soundproofed wall is provided to improve in surroundings by a transparent road soundproofed wall and to soundproof by absorbing noises. CONSTITUTION: In the rectangular pentahedron porous transparent sound-absorbing/soundproofed wall fitted between columns of a soundproofed wall(1), a rear rectangular transparent frame(1), as a double plate, connects the columns(1) of a soundproofed wall and contains a rectangular air layer to have the utmost effect of soundproofing, a rectangular stopper(4) has the shape of a twisted rectangular pipe and contacts with the column of a soundproofed wall(1) to intercept noises exposed through a gap, many anti-resonance holes(7) are formed between saw-toothed rectangular transparent frames(2) to prevent resonance disturbing sound absorption, and many rugged parts are formed on a joint between upper and lower transparent frames(5) to prevent the transmission of noises by a gap.
