PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in prior arts that even if a transfer means is mechanically locked up in the course of a draft-transfer operation, a power source is continuously supplied to a motor for a draft-transfer means, and this causes troubles or a breakdown in the transfer means. SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes an indoor unit 4 provided with an indoor heat-exchanger 13, an air-supply means 12, and a motorized draft- transfer means 5, which transfers a draft from the means 13 to either direction of the direction to a room 2 in a building and to the direction to a slab 3 of the building. The air conditioner is provided with a first controller for supplying a power source to the means 5 for only a predetermined short time from the start of a transfer operation in a draft transfer. |
