The invention relates to a method for analysing material containing nucleic acid. Said material is deposited on a filter material and the filter material is dissolved in a solvent. The inventive method is characterised in that the material containing nucleic acid is disintegrated on the filter material. The invention also relates to a sampling kit for carrying out said method. The inventive method and the sampling kit can be used to analyse all types of sample containing nucleic acid. |
