PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch marking device suitable for eased and more efficient marking operation using a punch by automating the operation for marking an end plate or a shell with a circumferential reference line. SOLUTION: The marking operation is automated by the punch marking device comprising a turntable 2 which turns with a member 1 to be marked mounted thereon, and a marker 4 for marking the member 1 to be marked by the punch in synchronization with the rotation of the turntable 2, so that the marking operation using the punch can be eased and rendered more efficient.
