PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the cooling by a heat sink for cooling the interior of an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The heat sink tester is made by bonding a heat conductive metal (1) such as copper good in heat conductivity to a fixed heat insulator, adhering ceramic heaters (3) as a heat source to the front and back sides of the metal (1), bonding a temperature measuring sensor (5) onto the metal and the ceramic heater or on the ceramic heater, and coating the ceramic heaters (3) and the temperature measuring sensor (5) with a good heat conductivity resin. The temperature sensor (5) measures the temperature rise during overheating of the ceramic heaters (3) to measure the temperature rise approximately just beneath a heat sink mounted on the metal (1), thereby measuring the cooling. |
