The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-human cell cyclin-E binding protein 1(Ceb1)113-70.07, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further disclose a method of the polypeptide treating various disorders, e.g., embryonic developmtental abnormality, tumor etc. The present invention also disclose an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic action.
