PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control bookbinding and printing so that pages of a plurality of books to be bound which are outputted overlapping separately for the books are arranged in an ascending order in accordance with attributes of a printer and an open direction of the books. SOLUTION: The printing control system for making printing data to be printed by the printer is provided with a layout control part and a transmission order control part. The layout control part controls the layout of each page so that pages continue in order for each separate book when a bookbinding and printing request of delivering pages separately to the plurality of books by the printer is given, and the transmission order control part controls a transmission order of printing data for each separate book on the basis of delivery attributes in the printer when a bookbinding and printing request of delivering pages separately to the plurality of books by the printer is given.
