A rod rotating device for perm capable of remarkably increasing a workability at the time of curling of hair, comprising a bar-shaped supporting shaft (4) having one end part connected to the rotating shaft (7) of a motor (5) and capable of detachably and coaxially supporting a tubular rod for perm (2) thereon, the supporting shaft (4) further comprising a leaf spring (13) as a pressingly holding means for lockingly holding the rod for perm (2) by resiliently pressing against the inner wall of the rod for perm (2).
