The invention relates to a method for updating a data bank containing data records about users of a communication system. Said method comprises the following steps: (A) communications are established with at least one user according to the data records in the data bank and the result of the communication is stored as primary data, (B) secondary data is extracted from the result of the established communications, and (C) the data bank data is processed according to the secondary data. A data bank system comprises an interface to a communication system which can be used by a plurality of users, and a data bank containing data records about the users of the communication system. (D) The interface is designed in such a way that the communication system gives rise to communications with at least one user according to the data records in the data bank, results of the communications are received as primary data from the communication system, and said primary data is then stored in a memory. (E) An extraction device is provided in order to extract secondary data from the primary data, and (F) a processing device is provided in order to process the data bank data according to the secondary data. |
