PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an elastic-stretchable composite sheet containing thermoplastic synthetic fibers soft. SOLUTION: The first web 2 capable of being elastically stretched is intermittently bonded to the second web 3 comprising thermoplastic synthetic fibers and capable of being non-elastically stretched in the direction of y.
