PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cleaning coating composition capable of satisfying both of thickness and prevention of opening of crack. SOLUTION: This self-cleaning coating composition comprises (a) a trifunctional silicone resin and/or a trifunctional silicone resin precursor, capable of forming a silicone resin film, (b) at least one selected from a whisker, a mica and a talc, and (c) a photocatalyst particle or photocatalyst sol.
