SOLUTION: A revolving base part of the HST lever 4 and a speed change operation shaft 6 of the HST 2 are connected to each other by mechanical interlocking members 7a, 7b of a wire, etc., and a revolving base part of the clutch pedal 8 and the speed changing operation shaft 6 are connected to each other by mechanical interlocking members 9a, 9b to return the speed change operation shaft 6 to the neutral position against the holding mechanism 5 at the time of stepping operation of the pedal 8.
