PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet in a low cost suitable for use in an inkjet printer, particularly showing little smearing, having high water resistance of printing, and sufficient in adhesive properties and re- peelability as a sheet for a confidential postcard. SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive layer on at least one of the surfaces of a base material sheet, the adhesive layer containing an adhesive and an adhesive strength control agent and capable of bonding by strong pressure treatment in the state where a pair of the adhesive layers are opposed to form a bonded surface which is peelable, wherein the adhesive layer contains a resin obtained using secondary amines, ammonia and epihalohydrin as reactants.
