PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate structure which can be strongly constructed. SOLUTION: The laminate structure 1 is constructed by vertically laminating structural member groups 10X which each are obtained by horizontally arranging metallic structural members 10. Each metallic structural member 10 is formed of an angle portion 10a which has an almost trapezoidal or rectangular cross section, a first hem portion 10b having a flat portion protruded from one of hems of the angle portion 10a, and a second hem portion 10c protruded from the other hem of the angle portion 10a. According to the laminate structure 1, one layer of the adjacent structural member groups 10X intersects the other layer of the adjacent structural member groups 10X almost at right angles.
