PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly conduct air conditioning by suppressing influence by sneaking blow air from blow air outlets 14a and 15a around an inner air temperature sensor 23. SOLUTION: A time constant which processes input from the inner air temperature sensor 23 for detecting temperature of inside a cabin is varied according to blow mode. Based on relative positional relationship between the inner air temperature sensor 23 and each blow air outlet 14a and 15a which differs in each model of an automobile, the time constant which processes the input from the optimum inner temperature sensor 23 which is based on a degree of influence of different blow air in each blow mode can be set. As a result of this, hunting of blow temperature or air volume of a blower is suppressed, smooth air conditioning becomes possible, comfortable conditioning for a crew is realized, and quick-acting performance in cooling/heating performance is improved.
