PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary vessel for chopsticks or the like, easy to wash and dry, having a good draining property and good air permeability, having a simplified structure and easy to handle. SOLUTION: More than one hole for easy washing an inside such as a bottom by fingertips is disposed in a side of the vessel. More than one hole or slot for draining water directly to the external of the vessel is disposed vertically or inclinedly from the bottom to the side. And the opening part is cut with an angle so that a forward side is lower than a rearward side and a protrusion is disposed in the top of the opening part capable of easily picking up the chopsticks, spoons and the like put in use in the purpose to lean the hand part short.
