PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine internal threads in plural positions at one level with efficiency and high precision and to facilitate machining in small areas by miniaturizing a device. SOLUTION: A device holding mechanism 2 is mounted on one side of a board-shaped frame 1 and a plurality of tap-shaped machining electrodes 3 are mounted around the mechanism 2. A longitudinal drive mechanism 5 and an electrode rotating mechanism 6 joined with the shafts of the machining electrodes 3 are mounted on the other side of the frame 1. The drive mechanism 5 and the rotating mechanism 6 are connected to a discharge machining power supply and a control board so that the plurality of shafts of the machining electrodes 3 are driven and controlled at the same time.
