A method for the treatment of diabetes mellitus consisting in the exposure of an organism to the magnetic field during a definite time period, said method being characterized in that the exposure is applied to a foot by the pulse magnetic field. 2. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the cure is administrated on the average in 3 to 10 sessions.] 3. The method of claims 1-2, characterized in that the magnetic field induction is 10 -50 mT. 4. The method of claims 1-3, characterized in that the pulse frequency of the magnetic field is 0.1-20 Hz, the pulse duration is 45-55 msec, the oscillation frequency in pulses is 80-150 Hz. 5. The method of claims 1-3, characterized in that the exposure to the magnetic field is administrated with the buildup of the magnetic field intensity during further cure sessions. 6. The method of claims 1-5, characterized in that the sessions are administered with the extension of the duration of the exposure to the magnetic field. 7. The method of claims 1-6, characterized in that at first 3-4 sessions with 80% magnetic field intensity are administrated, and thereafter sessions with 100% magnetic field intensity are administrated. 8. The method of claims 1-7, characterized in that the sessions are administrated within 15-30 min. 9. The method of claims 1-8, characterized in that the exposure to the magnetic field is combined with effecting the acoupuncture points of the organism in the foot region. 10. The method of claims 1-9, characterized in that the exposure to the magnetic field is administered to the region of the pancreas projection on the foot. 11. The method of claims 1-10, characterized in that the exposure to the magnetic field is combined with the medicament treatment. 12. The method of claims 1-11, characterized in that an additional exposure to the magnetic field is administered to the leg from the foot to the knee joint. 13. A device for the treatment of the diabetes mellitus comprising a pulse former with a controller, connecting wires and an inductor, characterized in that the inductor includes at least one radiator of the magnetic field that is located in the pad for the foot. 14. The device of claims 1-13, characterized in that it is provided with additional lateral radiators of the magnetic field for the exposure to the leg from the foot to the knee joint.
