SOUND COLLECTING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for realizing a high quality sound collection in which improvement is made to stop the deterioration of the frequency characteristics of an object sound component caused by the fact that an object sound source is moving or the location of the source is not accurately known and high quality sound collection is realized in the device having an adaptive filtering means that conducts filtering of the collected sound by plural sound collecting means that are arbitrarily arranged employing respectively different filtering coefficients and an adding means that adds output signals of the adaptive filtering means and outputs the added output. SOLUTION: Instead of setting a virtual object sound source location as a point, plural virtual object sound source locations are set in a prescribed sound collecting region and restriction conditions to maintain the sensitivity within the range are realized.
