PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of accurately estimating a motor rotation speed regardless of a temperature change of the motor. SOLUTION: A motor control device 12 outputting a control signal to a motor 10 adding steering assist torque on steering system for a vehicle is provided with a motor rotation speed estimation part 12F estimating a rotation speed of the motor 10 based on drive voltage, drive current and an intrinsic resistance of the motor 10. The motor rotation speed estimation part 12F is provided with a resistance thermal correction part performing a thermal correction of a resistance of the motor 10 according to a detection signal of a temperature sensor 16 as a motor temperature detection means detecting the temperature of the motor 10. |
