PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing synthesis gas in which the feed of oxygen into the partial oxidation furnace can be reduced, when the synthesis gas that includes H2 and CO at a molar ratio suitable for synthesizing gasoline, lamp oil and gas oil in the Fischer-Tropsch reaction system. SOLUTION: In order to produce synthesis gas including CO and H2 at a molar ratio suitable for synthesizing gasoline, lamp oil and gas oil in the Fischer-Tropsch reaction system, stem-including natural gas is fed to the reformer that is heated with the fired radiator in which the fuel is burned and carbon dioxide is recovered from the flue gas generated from the fired radiator and the carbon dioxide is fed on the upstream side of the reformer whereby the natural gas is reformed. In addition, the reformed gas from the reformer is fed to the partial oxidation furnace and oxygen is fed to the partial oxidation furnace whereby the reformed gas is characteristically allowed to react with the oxygen to produce the objective synthesis gas including H2 and CO at a molar ratio H2/CO of 1-2.5. |
