The dressing, as a sterile cover of an implanted port system, produced by means of a porting needle, comprises a transparent cap (1) which is provided with a cap tunnel (2), a bacterial filter and fixing strips (4, 5) adhering to human skin. After puncture the dressing surrounds and fixes the implanted porting needle.
