CONTROLLER OF CAMERA MONITORING AND STORING MOVING PICTURE

PURPOSE: A controller of camera monitoring and storing moving picture is provided to simplify a circuit, to store data for a long time without data loss, and to enhance reliability and stability of a monitoring system by reducing mal-function. CONSTITUTION: A video signal sensing unit(100) sensing the change of image luminance signals via a lens(101). A signal generating element(106) inputs IC driving signals to a vertical synchronizing driving element(103), a charge-coupled device(102), and a video signal processing element(105). The charge-coupled device converts the vertical synchronizing signals and optical signals into electrical signals. The electrical signals are mixed with vertical synchronizing signals and inputted to the video signal processing element. Video signals are inputted to a video memory(200). Then, an automatic aperture device(104) inputs the amount of light to the video signal processing unit. The input video signals are inputted to an application IC on demand(203) of the video memory. The video signals are converted into digital signals, and video signal data are stored in a video signal memory device(206). The video signal data are stored via an auxiliary power supply battery(207) without application of a main power supply.
