PURPOSE: A system for sensing and treating a service of a personal health through a wireless Internet and a method for managing the system are provided to sense a health of a person in real time using a wireless Internet and to supply a needle for hands and feet if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A main server(110) manages a newly joining process, a cancellation of a joining, and a using of a service using a joining information database(120) and the Internet. A diagnosis and treatment server(130) supplies a health diagnosis and treatment information. A wrist string(202) may store an antenna. Control buttons(206,208,210) is performed according to a plurality of control commands. In addition, a sensor input interface(214), a pulse diagnosing sensor(215), a symptom input button(216), a power witch(218), an LCD display screen(222) capable of watching a message input/output process on a screen, a mike(224), a speaker(226), a wireless input/output interface(230) of a bluetooth method capable of transmitting/receiving to a hands and feet needle, and an LED(232) for displaying an alarm state of a health are provided. A glove-shaped treating unit(310), a shoes-shaped treating unit(320), and a socks-shaped treating unit(330) are provided in a needle(300) for hands and feet.
