PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack up method capable of safely and easily jacking up even a part of a structure with a simple device. SOLUTION: In the jack up method, a bag vertically deformably formed by use of a non-stretchable thin film is inserted under a jack up point and a fluid is injected into the bag for jacking up.
