PURPOSE: A network telemarketing method and system are provided to promote the sale of product and services that is selected by a telemarketer himself. CONSTITUTION: The telemarketing method through a network comprises steps of registering a client as a telemarketer(104) and requesting the registration as a produce register in a homepage for connecting a telemarketer with a producer(102), displaying the legal responsibility in occurrence of incentives, compensation, customer damage and other problems, making a product-selling contract with a telemarketing center(101) if a customer(103) requests product-selling after searching the products registered by the telemarketer, and selling the selected product to the customer through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) or an Internet network.
