PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of schizandrae fructus taffy using schizandra chinensis powder is provided to secure the health improvement effect of the schizandrae fructus. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of schizandrae fructus taffy comprises the following steps: producing schizandra chinensis powder from fresh schizandra chinensis(80); forming a solid taffy into a liquid taffy paste(210); mixing the schizandra chinensis powder with the liquid taffy paste, and mold-processing(220,230); and cooling the mold-processed mixture(240).
