PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for vehicle, which is improved in the property of installation, by improving a spatial efficiency. SOLUTION: A cooling plate 110, supporting an electric instrument 140, is connected to a condenser 120 through a connecting unit 130. Refrigerant 182 is sealed into a cavity formed of the cooling plate 110, the condenser 120 and the connecting unit 130 at the inside of them. The cooling plate 110 and the condenser 120 are arranged in parallel substantially while a plane, forming the cooling plate, and a plane, forming the condenser, are arranged with an offset. |
