PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware washing machine that is easy to check the condition of a water drop removing means and also easy to replace such water drop removing means. SOLUTION: This drawer type tableware washing machine 10 is equipped with a box-type washing machine body 20 whose front face is open, a washing bath 22 which can slide in between the position where it is housed inside the washing machine body 20 and the position where it is drawn out there from, a seal plate 44 which covers the upper open part of the washing bath 22, a tableware basket 32 which is housed in the washing bath 22 in such a way that it can be freely attached or detached, and a water drop removing means 45 which removes water drops adhered to the lower face of the seal plate 44 attached to the tableware basket 32. The water drop removing means can be taken out from the washing bath 22 together with the basket 32 when needed to make it easier to implement inspection and replacement works.
