The invention relates to a closing device ensuring that the cover (5) is fixed in an airtight manner in the access hole (2) to prevent penetration of any fluid from the outside or gases from the inside. It comprises basically a frame (1), a cover (5) that rests on said frame (1), a sealing joint (6) placed in-between thereof and a crossbar (12) to facilitate fixing the lid (5) with a screw (21). The sealing joint (6) has a special structure that makes it possible to achieve total hermeticity in the closing system of the device.
