PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas pressure regulator with an automatic shut-off device capable of enforcing safety function of the whole of a gas pressure regulator in a compact structure and driving an automatic gas shut-off device with low power. SOLUTION: In this gas pressure regulator 40 with an automatic shut-off device, the automatic shut-off device 67 is provided with a solenoid assembly 68 including a solenoid 70, a movable iron core 71, a compression spring 72, and a lever driving shaft 73 capable of abutting on the movable iron core and connected to the rear end part of a lever part 52 to move up and down. The device 67 is further provided with a pressure sensor 74 and a solenoid control system 69 including an operating switch 77, a microcomputer 75, and a solenoid operating part 76. Therefore, according to detection signals of gas leakage, dislocation of pipes generated by the pressure sensor 74 and an operating signal of the operating switch 77, a lever driving shaft 73 of the solenoid assembly 68 connected to the rear end part of the lever part 52 drives an opening and closing valve 47 with low power to shut of a gas flow from a nozzle outlet 45.
