HOT-MELT TYPE SEALING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot-melt type sealing material having excellent adhesiveness, heat resistance and flexibility and excellent sealability and facilitating the recycling of a material to be bonded. SOLUTION: This hot-melt type sealing material is characterized by having <=35% compression set at 70 deg.C for 22 hours (JIS K6301) and <=5 hardness at 25 deg.C (JIS K6301). A sealing material comprising a styrene-graft copolymer (ratio of styrene/ethylene-butylene of 13/87 wt.%) of a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer (hydrogenated substance), a polybutene and a hydrogenated petroleum resin is exemplified.
