The vise includes a body (10) fixed to a bench, containing a chamber (15), a through longitudinal bore (13) partly connected to the chamber, and a transverse bore (14) connected to it. A shaft (20) turns in the longitudinal bore and has an offset eccentric sector (21). A positioning block (30) in the chamber with a hole (32) is aligned with the transverse bore. A setting screw spindle (40) extends through the transverse bore and hole. A turning element enables the shaft to move between the engaged and disengaged positions.
