The invention concerns a self-lubricated bearing bushing (10) for guiding in rotation a shaft (18) extending radially through a bore (14) of the body guiding (13) the bushing (10) which defines a concave cylindrical section (15) for guiding the shaft (18) whereof the surface is lubricated. The invention is characterised in that one at least of the two axial ends of the bore (14) comprises an end cavity (60) enclosing the shaft (18), which forms a receptacle for channelling the lubricant leaks and which reduces the length of the guiding section (15).
