PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene expression unit efficiently acting in vivo. SOLUTION: A gene expression unit comprising a main anaphase gene promoter of adenovirus and an enhancer sequence strengthening the main anaphase gene promoter of adenovirus is prepared. The resultant gene expression unit and a desired extraneous gene are integrated into an expression vector, and the treated expression vector is administered into a living body.
